Window well cleaning
What collects in a window well
Basement window wells catch whatever blows into them: fall leaves, seed pods, grass clippings, trash and dirt. Over time the debris piles up against the basement window, blocks the light and holds moisture next to the glass and the frame.
We clean window wells by hand at three levels, from just the basement window glass to a full deep cleaning with a power wash of the cover and the well walls.
Window wells are easy to add to a window cleaning visit. Fall, after the leaves come down, is the best time to have them done.

Add-on
New drainage gravel
Drainage stones at the bottom of a window well help rain water drain away from the basement window. If your well has no stones, too few of them, or they are dirty and look bad, we can replace the soil and gravel and fill the well with fresh drainage stones.
It costs $65 per standard window well, materials included. Oversized window wells get a custom quote.

Drains, walls and covers
What we do and what we do not
Drains: inspected
We check the window well drain. If it works, we clear the access to it. We do not clean the drain itself: that is a plumber's job.
Walls: no repairs
We clean and power wash window well walls, but we do not repair them.
Covers: replaced
We can put new window well covers in place if you provide them.

What customers say about our window cleaning
★★★★★“They did a fantastic job! I originally hired them to clean and power wash my window wells, and I was so impressed with their work that I decided to have them come back to clean all of my windows, inside and out, as well as the screens. Once again, they did an excellent job. They were very respectful, professional, and thorough. They never rushed and made sure everything was completed properly and to my satisfaction. I would 100% recommend them and will definitely be hiring them on a regular basis!”
★★★★★“Team was great. Responsive to inquiry and constant communication on cost, scheduling and what work would be completed. They completed a deep cleaning of my window well and now looks fantastic.”
★★★★★“Very pleased with the windows, gutters, and window wells cleaned by George K. After the cleaning he showed me all the pictures. I will have them do the cleaning again in the future!”
