Post-construction window cleaning
New windows deserve a proper first cleaning
After a build, a remodel or a window replacement, new glass is covered in concrete and mortar spatter, paint, labels, stickers and glue. A regular window cleaning does not remove it, and scraping it off the wrong way can scratch brand-new glass.
We remove construction residue from the glass by hand, then wash, squeegee and detail every pane. On frames we do the best we can, but paint drops on frames are not always removable, and we tell you that up front.
We work with general contractors, builders, remodelers and the companies that work with them. Booking a couple of months ahead is normal for us: we put your date on the calendar early, so we show up on time and do not hold up the project.

Why is there no online price for post-construction cleaning?
Every project is different. The price depends on the type of residue and how much of it is on the glass, so we always give a firm price after a free on-site estimate.
What can you remove from the glass?
Concrete, mortar, paint, labels, stickers and glue. Residue is removed by hand, then the glass is washed and detailed.
Can you remove paint from window frames?
We do the best we can on frames. Paint drops on frames are not always removable, and we will tell you that during the estimate.
How far ahead can we book?
A couple of months ahead is normal for us. Booking early means we can match your timeline and show up exactly when you need us.
