Count each window opening, not the panes.

French and divided-lite windows take longer than double-hung or casement windows.
Inside and out
Inside and outside, or outside only.
Add-ons
Doors, storm windows, screens, tracks, sills, frames, skylights ($10 per side) and window wells ($10 to $65 each).
Maintenance plans
Regular visits save 10% or 15% each time. See our maintenance plans.
Discounts and minimum
Seniors 65+ and military save 5% each. The minimum charge is $100 per visit.

It is an estimate. We confirm the final price on-site before any work begins.
Can I combine the senior and military discounts?
Yes. Each one takes 5% off the total.
Is there a minimum charge?
Yes. The minimum charge is $100 per visit. Small add-ons like skylights at $10 per side are best booked together with a window cleaning.
Do maintenance plans get a lower price?
Yes. The Spring & Fall plan saves 10% on every visit and the Year-Round plan saves 15%.
