What is a window cleaning maintenance plan?
A maintenance plan is regular window cleaning on a set schedule. Instead of calling us every time the windows get dirty, you pick a plan once and we come back every season, inside and out, with the same hand cleaning every time.
Windows in Glenview and the North Suburbs get dirty fast: pollen and seed fluff in spring, sprinkler spots and dust in summer, leaves and rain in fall, road salt in winter. Regular cleaning keeps the glass clear all year and stops hard water spots from building up before they become hard to remove.

Spring & Fall
Best for most homes. Clean glass after the pollen in spring and after the leaves in fall, 10% off each visit.
Year-Round
Best if you host for the holidays or have lots of glass, sprinklers or trees. Adds a pre-holiday visit, 15% off each visit.
Storefront & commercial

What is a window cleaning maintenance plan?
A set schedule of window cleanings for the year: twice a year on the Spring & Fall plan or three times a year on the Year-Round plan. You get 10% or 15% off every visit and your dates are booked in advance.
How does it start?
With a free on-site estimate. We look at your windows, talk through what you want cleaned, set your price per visit and pick your dates for the year.
When do the visits happen?
In spring, in fall and, on the Year-Round plan, before the holidays. We pick the dates together in advance, so you always know when we are coming.
Can I add screens, tracks, skylights or window wells?
Yes. Add-ons are part of your plan price per visit, and you can add them to every visit or just one.
Is my price really locked?
Yes. The price per visit you agree on stays the same for the plan year.
Can I cancel a plan?
Yes, any time. You pay per visit, so there is nothing to cancel except the next visit.
Can I add an extra cleaning?
Of course. Plan customers get the same discount on extra visits.
